Man taken to hospital after being stabbed multiple times
A man is in hospital after he was stabbed in a fight in Hamilton early on Saturday morning.
A police spokesman said that at 2.50am, police responded to a report of a fight in the area of Court Street and Elliot Street involving “a number of persons”.
“Subsequently, a male in his 30s is now being treated at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for multiple stab wounds, apparently resulting from the incident,” the spokesman added.
“The Bermuda Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance with any information that can assist detectives with their inquiries.”
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 247-1744, the non-emergency police number 211 or the main police line at 295-0011.
