Bermuda squad add to medal tally in Barbados

Medal glory: Myeisha Sharrieff won bronze in the 15-17 girls 50 backstroke
Bermuda’s 22-member team added to its medal tally on the third day of the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Swimming Federation Championships in Barbados.
Having won two bronze medals over the opening weekend of competition courtesy of the mixed 4x50 metres freestyle relay team, of Adriana Argent, Caleb Ingham, Myeisha Sharrieff and Jesse Washington, and a further bronze from the latter in the 18 and over 200 free, three further medals were won yesterday.
Violet Smith clinched silver in the 11-12 girls 50 backstroke, while Brian Desmond and Sharrieff added two further bronze medals in the 18 and over boys 800 free and 15-17 girls 50 back respectively.
