Bermudian performers will take to the spotlight this weekend as the Made in Bermuda Nights event series returns after a two-year hiatus.

The event series – a collaboration between the Bermuda Tourism Authority and PinkSand Entertainment – is intended to showcase some of the island’s best entertainers, food and culture.

This Saturday’s kick-off event at Barr’s Bay Park will feature the Wall Street Band, DJ Rusty G, the Tino Martinez Trio and the H & H Gombey Troupe, with further performances scheduled for August 27 and September 3.

Tashae Thompson, vice-president of experiences at the BTA, said: “The return of Made In Bermuda Nights to the island’s summer calendar is incredibly exciting – and the addition of the new, upgraded VIP experience will make the events even more special.

“We know that visitors and locals alike will have an unforgettable time celebrating the very best of Bermuda during these three fun evenings.”

Tickets cost $75 for general admission, while $125 VIP tickets, which include access to the VIP lounge, food and a premium bar, are also available.

Performances will begin at 8pm, with the events scheduled to conclude at midnight.
