BSX finishes 0.73% lower for the week

The RG/BSX Index fell 26.01 points (1.08 per cent) to 2,375.41 for the day on a share volume of 1,900, pulled down by BF&M Ltd. which closed down $2.85 (11.9 per cent) at $21.15 on a share volume of 1,200 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

The other trade for the day was Argus Group Holdings Ltd., which was unchanged at $6.39 after 700 shares changed hands.

For the week, Argus was up 39 cents (6.5 per cent) on trading of 3,700 shares.

The Index was 17.36 points (0.73 per cent) lower for the week, as declines led advances two to one.

In addition to BF&M, also falling was Watlington Waterworks Ltd., down to $28.50 on volume of 1,500, a 55 cent (1.9 per cent) decline.

Bank of N.T. Butterfield Ltd. was unchanged at $33.00 after 400 shares traded for the week.

Share volume was 6,800 for a turnover of $104,973.

In New York, the bank finished 48 cents (1.44 per cent) lower at $32.94 on the New York Stock Exchange.
