A teenager who was missing this morning has been found safe and well, police said.

An appeal was made earlier for help to find Loveitta Burgess.

But a Bermuda Police Service spokesman said at about noon: “Thanks to the assistance of the public, 14-year-old Loveitta Burgess has been located safe and well.”

Police said earlier that the teenager was last seen at about 7.10am yesterday in the area of Middle Road, Southampton.
