West Hamilton CFO Harrichand Sukdeo joins board
Harrichand Sukdeo has been appointed as a director of West Hamilton Holdings Ltd, the BSX-listed property holding company.
Mr Sukdeo, who is a vice president and chief financial officer at West Hamilton, replaces Glenn Titterton, who has retired as a director after sitting on the board for more than 15 years.
The appointment is effective on November 1.
The news comes in the same week that West Hamilton gained a new major shareholder after a transaction between UIL Ltd and Somers Ltd.
UIL, the exempted closed-end Bermudian-incorporated investment company, now holds 56.9 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of West Hamilton.
Somers transferred its entire holding of 1,659,390 WHHL shares to UIL at fair value and therefore no longer has an interest in WHHL.
