Restoration House Ministries to host prophetic healing event
Restoration House Ministries International invites the community to join a prophetic healing and deliverance training taking place this month.
Eugenia Robinson-Lobban, the founder of Restoration House Ministries International, will host the event.
Called “Get Free, Stay Free”, she hopes it will bring people from all walks of life together to equip the body of Christ for spiritual warfare.
“I’ve been talking a lot about getting ‘free-er’ and that is because so many of us are still bound by things we cannot see,” she said.
“Daily we deal with many strongholds, generational curses, unhealthy affiliations, broken relationships, and demonic spirits. These are just a few unknown forces that can keep us bonded for a lifetime. This training is an opportunity to recognise these forces and fight for freedom for yourself, your loved ones, and the nation.”
Apostles Thomas and Fay Velez will be the guest trainers for the events, which take place on November 17 to 19. The couple are members of Christian International and have travelled to places around the world including Bermuda, to train people in prayer and spiritual warfare.
Collectively the couple have authored seven books, on topics ranging from Bible prophecy to prayer, and personal stories of supernatural encounters with God.
The Velezes will open the weekend of events with an evening of “prophetic encounter”; each person who attends will receive a prophetic word.
“This is a healing and deliverance conference. The speakers are very experienced in ministry and in their prophetic gifts,” Mrs Robinson-Lobban said.
She acknowledged that, for some, the idea of a prophetic word may be overwhelming or even frightful. But she wants to help relieve that misconception.
“A prophetic word is like a foretelling – not fortune telling. It’s to be received by individuals who understand who God is. It’s a personal word that is coming from God to the heart of the individual.
“It’s a spirit-led experience, where you hear from your Higher Power and we speak what it is that He tells us to speak. This will be a safe space.”
Creating safe spaces for prayer is nothing new for Mrs Robinson-Lobban, who launched the 24-hour prayer room in 2017. Since then, it has become an annual fixture on Restoration House Ministries International’s calendar.
“Now we are building on the foundation the 24-hour prayer room has laid. We are going to be trained in prayer, the kind of prayer that activates our faith,” she said.
“We are going to change mindsets and start believing that our prayers will be answered. We are going to move from just saying we are blessed and highly favoured to actually believing and acting like it.”
The conference will be held at First Church of God on North Shore and will follow a hybrid model, with presenters joining virtually. The schedule includes a full day of training on Saturday, November 19.
The weekend will close with a special online service on Sunday, November 20 at 4pm. This will be streamed live on the Restoration House Ministries International YouTube page.
There are only 80 spaces available for the training. An early-bird registration for the conference is currently on offer for $90 and $110.
“The training is an investment and I truly believe that if we can invest in ourselves in this kind of way God will multiply it. Once we implement the spiritual skills that we will learn we will see our lives transform in many ways.”
The event is open to the public and is designed for people of all ages and at varying stages of their spiritual life.
“We are hoping to see a mixture of people. We want to see the praying grandmothers but we also want the parents too. We want the ministry leaders and lay people. This is for everyone, because God needs us all to be trained and equipped.
“We are going to learn to pray for healing. We are going to learn to pray for deliverance. We are going to learn how to be set free.”
