A man who stole money from a Reid Street business was given a conditional discharge when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Ian Raynor, 40, of Sandys, was ordered to attend drug treatment court in September after admitting taking $10 from an employee tip jar at Natural Mystic Hub in May.

Raynor told magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo yesterday that he is receiving treatment for his addiction through a separate programme, Harbour Light.

Mr Tokunbo sentenced Raynor to a six-month conditional discharge and encouraged him to continue with his treatment.
