Santa surprises students with a visit to St David’s Primary School
Updated: Dec 20, 2022 08:32 AM
Christmas came early for St David’s Primary School as Santa Claus paid a visit on the last day before the winter break.
Santa, portrayed by school custodian Darick DeSilva, visited pupils at St David’s Primary School during their end-of-term assembly.
He gave each child and teacher a gift to see them off for their winter break.
Gladstone Thompson, the school’s principal, said that the event was planned by the St David’s Primary Parent Teacher Association.
He added: “Santa couldn’t stay long as he has several engagements, and ended up waving to travellers on the roundabout at the beginning of the Causeway.”
