A small thing can be a big help for seniors

Dear Sir,
Oftentimes, caring callers need to contact seniors by phone, which does not work. Perhaps the senior just left the room or is doing something for another senior and is unable to get the call quickly.
The senior then stands and thinks, “If it’s important, please call back”, and awaits for that to happen — perhaps for hours.
If a message is left that is not distinct with a returning phone number, then repeating the phone number clearly would be very helpful for older persons.
Sometimes a small thing can be a big help.
