Options abound for South Shore development

Dear Sir,
Further to reports of a proposed new hotel to the east of Bermudiana Beach Club, I wonder why the developers have not approached the owner(s) of Elbow Beach Hotel?
There is plenty of land and a pristine beach which does not have to contend with cliff erosion.
Maybe that is too much of a common sense approach.
