Police have concluded an incident where a man was found wrapped in a sheet with his hands bound was "misguided" but without criminal intent.A spokesman announced today that an investigation into the April 21 incident was now completed.Officers found the 50-year-old on a sidewalk near North Shore Road in Pembroke around 1.40am.Three persons were spotted leaving the area at the time.Said a Police spokesman: "Detectives collected various items for forensic examination and subsequently identified all of the individuals involved. After relevant inquiries, it has been determined that the incident was regrettable and misguided; however there was no criminal intent. As a result, no further police action is required."
