Bermuda Under-23 men’s football team selected for Island Games

The Bermuda Football Association has announced the under-23 men’s team for the upcoming NatWest Island Games, taking place in Guernsey.

The 20-strong squad will kick off their campaign with three pool games in as many days, starting against Froya on July 9, followed by an encounter with Orkney and conclude by taking on Greenland.

Coach John Barry Nusum is excited about the opportunity of helping to develop the future stars of the senior team.

“We are excited to embark on this journey of preparing our next generation of national team heroes,” he said. “The team is hungry to show their worth and looking forward to playing in the Island Game.”
