Networking event for lovers of environment

A get-together for residents to meet others passionate about thinking green has been given a venue next week by a Pembroke business.
The June 24 gathering from 3pm to 6pm will bring together “game-changers” to combine their efforts, according to organiser Steph Brown.
Ms Brown said she aimed to connect “anyone in Bermuda who cares about the environment” with the meeting at the Cloud in the Waterfront Group, to be held at the third floor of Wellesley House on Pitts Bay Road.
The brainstorming and collaboration session is also a fundraiser for one of the island’s top green charities.
Tickets to attend are $40, with all proceeds going to support Keep Bermuda Beautiful.
