Montoya Re appoints two new directors

Montoya Re has appointed two new directors, and one has resigned, according to a Bermuda Stock Exchange announcement.
BSX listed Montoya Re adds two directors
Mei Sim Joyne Yeung’s appointment was effective February 21, and Christopher Ford’s appointment was effective June 20.
One director, Allison Forte-Holloway, has resigned from the board of Montoya Re, effective June 20.
