Smith’s man denies invading privacy of woman

A Smith’s man denied two counts of intruding on a woman’s privacy when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

The 57-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, chose to keep his case in Magistrates’ Court.

Both offences allegedly occurred in Pembroke last December.

Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case until September 18 and released the man on $5,000 bail until that time.

The man was also ordered not to contact the complainant.
