Shares of One Communications Ltd fell by 60 cents, or 16.7 per cent, after 14,000 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
Meanwhile, in New York, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 35 cents, or 1.03 per cent, at $34.18.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 8.24 points, or 0.37 per cent, at 2,226.33, while the BSX Insurance Index was up 0.98 of a point, or 0.06 per cent, at 1,698.96.
