Car and truck collide in Paget
A woman was taken to hospital this afternoon after a two-vehicle collision in Paget, police said.
Motorists were asked to approach the area with caution and traffic diversions were in place.
A spokesman for the Bermuda Police Service said: “There has been a two-vehicle collision involving a truck and a car at South Roundabout near the top of Trimingham Hill.
“The female driver of the car has been transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries, which are not considered to be serious.
“The truck driver appeared to be unhurt.”
He added that westbound traffic was being diverted around the scene while traffic heading east was diverted on to Stowe Hill.
The spokesman said: “Motorists are asked to approach the area with caution.”
