A Southampton woman racked up almost $8,000 in unpaid parking tickets, Magistrates’ Court heard today.

OIivia Joynes, 34, admitted having 104 unpaid tickets when she appeared in court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo called Joynes a “prolific parking offender” and fined her $7,800 — $75 for each ticket. He ordered that she pay $500 by the end of the day and the remainder by November 30.
