Bianconi to head global cyber at Aspen

Bermudian-based Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited has appointed Bobby Bianconi as global head of cyber.

The company said Mr Bianconi has been with Aspen since 2016 and has more than 10 years of dedicated underwriting experience, most recently as head of US cyber.

He will lead Aspen’s global cyber underwriting team, overseeing its underwriting strategy and risk management capabilities.

Mr Bianconi will also maintain oversight of Aspen’s recently enhanced cyber risk platform which provides innovative pre-incident services to primary insureds globally.

He said: “I am delighted to assume the role of global head of cyber at a time when the business is demonstrating its potential and delivering strong performance.

“The cyber insurance market continues to evolve dynamically and, alongside our team of experts we will continue to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.”
