New corporate service provider launches
A lawyer and an entrepreneur have joined forces to launch a new boutique corporate service provider.
Aester Ltd has been cofounded by Sharon A. Beesley, a well-known figure in corporate law and the managing partner of BeesMont Law Ltd, and Tim Calveley, a seasoned corporate executive and entrepreneur.
Ms Beesley, Aester’s chief executive, added: “Our combined expertise in legal and corporate administrative services offers our clients unparalleled support, ensuring they navigate the corporate landscape with confidence and ease.”
Mr Calveley, a director, said: “With our dedication to excellence and innovation, Aester is committed to providing top-tier comprehensive solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses today.”
They said Aester, which was founded after Ms Beesley and Mr Calveley identified an underserved niche in the market for specialised corporate services, was committed to “delivering top-tier corporate services with a distinctive, personalised approach and innovative solutions”.
It will provide corporate services for incorporating and organising companies, including limited-liability companies and incorporated segregated accounts companies, providing a registered office for Bermuda and offshore entities, co-ordinating statutory, board and committee meetings along with requisite facilities, and maintaining financials/management accounts, contracts and legal documentation.
Georgette Howard is Aester’s senior corporate officer, Michelle Dallas is the chief financial officer and Michele Steinhoff is the junior compliance and projects officer.
Ms Howard said: “It is exciting to have joined a team of unified, progressive professionals who are committed to providing quality, efficient and responsive services to its existing and potential clients.
“It is even more thrilling to be working alongside Sharon A. Beesley, who has successfully married the art of constructive direction with promoting the personal empowerment of the staff, a recipe for a healthy work environment.”
