Bank price rises on NYSE

Shares of Argus fell four cents to $6.16 on the BSX as 95,284 shares of the insurer changed hands

The RG/BSX Index closed 54.59 points (2.61 per cent) lower at 2,090.17 Friday night, after a turnover of 100,984 shares ($730,446.50 ).

The decline was led by the Bank of Butterfield, down a dollar (3.6 per cent) to $27 after trading of 100 shares.

Significant was the trading of 95,284 shares of Argus Group Holdings, as the stock finished four cents lower (0.6 per cent) at $6.16.

The only other trading for the week was 5,600 shares of BF&M, with the stock closing unchanged at $24.49.

On the New York Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited closed up 23 cents (0.84 per cent) at $27.56.
