Some 13,200 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $30, up $1.50 (5.3 per cent).
Also on the BSX, 1,600 shares in Watlington Waterworks Ltd were traded. The stock closed at $27, up two dollars (8.0 per cent).
Nine hundred shares in BF&M Ltd changed hands on the BSX. The stock closed unchanged at $24.49.
Overseas, Butterfield Bank closed up $1.07 (3.69 per cent) at $30.08 on the New York Stock Exchange.
