Sincere Hall on target for Hull City

Sincere Hall hit the ground running on his return to Hull City after a month loan at Northern Premier League Premier Division side Guiseley.

The national team winger scored in Hull City U21s exciting 3-3 draw away to fellow Sky Bet Championship outfit Coventry City U21s in the Professional Development League at the Alan Higgs Centre on Tuesday.

Hall broke the deadlock inside the opening ten minutes after cutting in from the left and beating Coventry goalkeeper Luke Bell.

Fabio Tavares brought Coventry level from the penalty spot after team-mate Justin Obikwu was brought down in the area, but Hull regained the lead shortly after when Raj Palit lashed in a shot from just inside of the area.

Obikwu equalised for Coventry to leave the teams deadlocked at 2-2 at the interval, with Fabio Tavares putting the home side ahead for the first time after the restart when his shot was initially saved by the Hull goalkeeper before the loose ball rebounded off a defender into the net.

The Coventry forward then went close to extending Coventry’s advantage but was left to rue that mistake when Hull’s Jevon Mills grabbed a late equaliser after heading home from a set piece.

Hall signed his first professional contract at Hull City in June 2022 and extended the deal 12 months later.

The 19-year-old made his national senior men’s team debut in March last year in Bermuda’s 2-0 defeat against Guyana in group B of League B in the Nations League at the Flora Duffy Stadium.
