Long-service awards for Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty
Bermuda Realty Company Limited and Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty have acknowledged team members with long-service awards presented by Brian Madeiros, the president and CEO.
Mr Madeiros told them: “We give recognition to loyal employees who have committed much of their career to providing excellent service to our customers and clients, making us the largest full-service real estate company in Bermuda.
“Your dedication to continuous learning and your willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and clients is the trademark of Bermuda Realty Company Limited.”
Florence Gillis is one of the longest servicing staff members, having celebrated her 40th year with the company. She has worked with land surveyors, building surveyors and quantity surveyors and more recently expanded her knowledge in various company departments, including accounts, appraisals and property management.
For Ms Gillis, 40 years have gone quickly: “I have seen many changes over the years and met so many lovely people and made so many wonderful friends. Thank you, all.”
Angie Lodge has been a real estate agent for 30 years and has garnered numerous awards.
She began her real estate journey with LP Gutteridge Real Estate, a company that later merged with Bermuda Realty and now is renamed Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty.
She has won the Best of Bermuda Real Estate award, and was previously a political correspondent for VSB Radio and TV News.
She said that during the three decades she developed expertise navigating market shifts, negotiating deals and fostering lasting client relationships.
She said the company provided the resources and support essential to consistently delivering reliable and professional services.
She added: “I can truly say this profession is awesome and rewarding.”
Agent Tab Froud has had 25 years in the industry, predominantly in sales of residential and commercial properties, including local and overseas buyers and sellers.
Makee Tucker has been working with Coldwell Banker since 2012, including the sale of a $4.3 million home. A business degree from the Bermuda College led him to a career in sales.
Chad Booth joined Bermuda Realty in 2020 as the company’s chief financial officer.
The company said he is responsible for the direction and oversight of the corporate finance team, information technology, human resources, compliance and overall general management of the company and its operations.
