An insurance company donated goods to the Sandys Parish community as part of a three-year partnership.

Liberty Mutual Management Bermuda donated Christmas hampers filled with personal care products and community gift vouchers in the initiative spearheaded by Debbie Albuoy, an employee of Liberty.

The hampers support seniors, families and individuals in need within the Sandys Parish.

A spokeswoman for Liberty said: "Liberty Mutual Management Bermuda recognises the importance of supporting our community, especially during the holiday season when many individuals and families struggle to make ends meet.

“By partnering with the SPC, we live the Liberty values of putting people first and making things better with the aim to alleviate some of the burdens faced by the residents of Sandys parish, providing them with essential items and a little extra joy during this time.

"The hampers are carefully curated to include personal care products that are often overlooked by individuals who are struggling financially.

“Items such as toiletries, soap, shampoo, tissues and other essentials go a long way in ensuring individuals can maintain their personal wellbeing, and the gift vouchers assist in purchasing other daily essentials.

“The provision of these hampers not only offers practical support but also conveys a powerful message of unity and compassion and illustrates our values and genuine commitment to the community."
