Man denies sexually assaulting two girls
A Pembroke man denied sexually assaulting two girls when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
The 20-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, is accused of assaulting one girl on two occasions in 2023, as well as assaulting and intruding on the privacy of another on April 2.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to May 6 and released the man on $5,000 bail with a surety.
The man was also ordered to not contact the alleged complainants and report to Hamilton Police Station three times a week.
