BMA to host event for island’s corporate service providers
The Bermuda Monetary Authority has invited members of the island’s corporate service provider industry to an anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing outreach event next week at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.
The session is targeted at compliance officers and senior managers in the CSP industry and will cover: prudential and AML/ATF obligations and supervisory expectations; SAR reporting, ML/TF trends and typologies; and, guidance on the exercise of enforcement powers.
Registration for Monday’s event opens at 9am, followed by the presentation and question and answer session from 9.30am until 10.45am.
