BOA teams up with BermudAir
BermudAir has become the official airline of the Bermuda Olympic Association in a four-year partnership, as Bermuda athletes prepare for the Olympic Games in Paris this July.
BermudAir will provide support that includes travel arrangements together with promotion of the BOA and the Team Bermuda logo displayed on its aircraft.
The new partnership was celebrated in a brief ceremony at BermudAir’s offices in Hamilton, which included Adam Scott, founder and CEO of the airline, Peter Dunne, president of the BOA, and Branwen Smith-King, BOA’s secretary-general.
Also present was athlete Adriana Penruddocke, who will represent Bermuda in sailing. Team Bermuda so far also includes rower Dara Alizadeh.
It is also hoped that Bermuda’s Olympic gold medallist and triathlon World Champion Dame Flora Duffy will be available to defend her title.
