Lockton appoints Jessica Cullen
Lockton, the independent insurance broker, has appointed Jessica Cullen to lead its US Casualty practice in London.
Ms Cullen, who is relocating from New York, will be responsible for leading the practice with respect to London and Bermuda wholesale for US Casualty placement.
She joins Lockton from Gallagher US where she held the role of managing director of the Casualty practice.
Lockton said her appointment will see Ms Cullen lead and co-ordinate the strategic production and placement of US casualty client solutions within the United Kingdom, European and Bermuda markets, while also bringing a focal point and enhanced collaboration between the markets which encompasses P&C, Energy and Construction Casualty verticals in the UK.
It added that this move accompanies the combination of Lockton’s casualty teams and business from across their existing US Casualty, Bermuda, Energy and Construction teams.
Ms Cullen will report to Blake Roseveare, leader, Lockton Global Energy and P&C Specialty.
He said: “Bringing together our expertise and teams under one offering represents the next stage for our Specialty business.
“By increasing access and joining up our expertise, we will consistently provide our clients with the solutions, fresh thinking, and ability in the market they need.
“I am certain that with Jessica at the helm, our clients, international offices and the market will all rapidly feel the benefits of the new practice.”
Ms Cullen said: “This practice is about integrating the vast resources of the global Casualty market to serve our US clients.
“The team’s expertise is market-leading, driven by a singular focus on bringing exceptional service and creative solutions to our clients. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to establish and steer it.”
