Susan Cross joins board of Bermuda’s SiriusPoint Ltd
SiriusPoint Ltd, the Bermudian-headquartered global specialty insurer and reinsurer, has appointed Susan Cross to its board of directors.
Her appointment takes the total number of board members to ten.
The company said Ms Cross had more than 40 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with a focus on developing and leading actuarial and analytical functions to support global growth.
She has been a director of Enstar Group Ltd since October 2020 and before that served as executive vice-president and global chief actuary at XL Group (now Axa XL), from 2008 until 2018.
Ms Cross also serves as non-executive director at Unum Group, a Fortune 500 insurer.
She has previously served on the boards of IFG Companies, American Strategic Insurance, Mid Ocean Ltd and XL Life Ltd.
