Man denies stealing items in Devonshire
A man is accused of stealing more than $2,000 worth of goods from properties in Devonshire.
Dwayne Hassan, 31, denied stealing a television, nightstand, printed bag and rope and several other items from apartments on Cedar Park Road when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Mr Hassan, from Devonshire, also denied entering a building on Friendship Lane with intent to steal.
All offences are alleged to have occurred between March 20 and May 12.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to July 8 and remanded Mr Hassan into custody until that time.
