Athene Life Re Career Expo to be held tomorrow at Pier Six
Athene Life Re, the Bermudian-based annuity reinsurance company, is to host its second annual Life Career Expo today at the Pier Six complex on Front Street in Hamilton.
The company said the free, in-person event will provide local students the opportunity to meet experienced professionals in the life and annuity insurance and reinsurance industry, offering information about career opportunities.
Athene said the Expo is expected to bring together nearly 300 attendees, including young adults at the end of their high school years, as well as college/university students and adult professionals interested in a career change.
The agenda will feature panels with industry experts, round table discussions, and young Bermudians speaking about their career experiences.
The chief executive officer of ALRe, Natasha Scotland Courcy, will deliver opening and closing remarks.
Athene Life Re’s Career Expo will be held from 8.30am to 5pm at Pier 6, Front Street, today, June 20, 2024. Registration can be done in person upon arrival, or online up until the start of the event.
