A man who sexually assaulted and intruded on women has been ordered to participate in a mental health court treatment programme.

Brittonie Taylor Jr, 20, admitted intruding on two women’s privacy and sexually assaulting another when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court in May.

None of the women can be identified for legal reasons.

Taylor, of no fixed abode, committed two offences on February 29 and one on March 24. He reappeared in court yesterday for sentencing.

Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson ordered that Taylor observe Mental Health Treatment Court beginning on July 11 and remanded him into custody until that time.
