The RG/BSX Index closed today at 2,497.41, up 57.79 points (2.37 per cent).
Some 2,600 shares in Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $2, up 75 cents (60 per cent).
Also on the BSX, 100 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd were traded. The stock closed at $35, up a dollar (2.9 per cent).
Overseas, the bank closed up $1.13 (3.17 per cent) at $36.79 on the New York Stock Exchange.
