The RG/BSX Index closed today at 2,738.71, up 53.45 points (1.99 per cent).
Some 1,500 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $39, up a dollar (2.6 per cent).
Also on the BSX, some 1,000 shares in BF&M Ltd were traded. The stock closed at $23.98, down two cents (0.1 per cent)
Overseas, the bank closed up $1.31 (3.41 per cent) at $39.78 on the New York Stock Exchange.
