Dear Sir,
Will Belco increase the rate paid to those who supply electricity to the grid?
Having had a cut in payments to providers who sell excess electricity to Belco, they resell this electricity from their customers with solar power — for which they pay $0.18210 — to other consumers, adding a fuel adjustment charge of $0.19714 per kWh even though fuel has not been used in its generation.
Where is the equity in this?
