Joseph Sitholé becomes leader of KRyS Global in Bermuda

KRyS Global, the international fraud investigation and dispute resolution firm, has appointed Joseph Sitholé to lead its Bermuda office.

He joins the firm from Calgary, Alberta, where he was a senior manager/vice-president with KPMG.

The organisation said Mr Sitholé is a CPA, a chartered insolvency and restructuring professional, and a licensed insolvency trustee in Canada.

A spokesman for KRyS Global said: “He brings with him 13 years of professional experience focused on delivering optimal solutions to companies and organisations in distress.

“He is an excellent problem solver with experience in leading complex restructuring engagements involving numerous competing and adversarial stakeholders.

“His restructuring experience covers across a variety of industries in Canada and the US, including oil and gas, investment funds, real estate, construction, transportation, aviation, retail, and non-profit.”

Kenneth Krys, executive chairman and founder, said: “We are excited to have someone of Joe’s breadth and depth of experience join KRyS Global and lead the Bermuda team.

“His skill sets will serve as an asset to the already strong team we have directing fraud investigation and insolvency matters.”
