A man who drove the wrong way in Pembroke has been disqualified from driving all vehicles for 18 months.

Taiquan Davis, 25, admitted riding his bike dangerously when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

The court heard that Davis, from Pembroke, rode along Euclid Avenue against the flow of traffic on May 9, forcing other vehicles to stop.

In addition to being banned, Davis was fined $1,000 for the offence.
