The RG/BSX Index closed today at 2,625.62, up 53.64 points (2.09 per cent).
Some 394 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $38, up a dollar (2.7 per cent).
Overseas, Butterfield closed down 24 cents (0.63 per cent) at $37.77 on the New York Stock Exchange.
