Dominic Mensah joins Abacus

Abacus Ltd, the Bermudian-based accounting firm, has appointed Dominic Mensah to the role of financial solutions consultant.

Mr Mensah, who holds an MBA in Finance, has held a number of accountancy roles and is also a trained and licensed teacher.

In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining proper financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable and overseeing payroll for the firm’s growing client base.

Megan Nesbitt, president of Abacus, said: “Dominic has proven himself to be an important member of the Abacus team already.

“His persistence and consistency are invaluable. He keeps clients accountable with unwavering dedication, ensuring we deliver exactly what they need.

“We are so pleased to be working with him and know that our clients will be, too.”

Mr Mensah added: “I am very happy to be part of Abacus. The team has really raised the standard for the work we do and I’m proud to be working alongside them — I strive for excellence in all that I do, so I appreciate the challenge.

“I look forward to achieving my goals and making a meaningful contribution to the company and my new clients.”

The company said it specialises in a wide range of financial services, including bookkeeping, business advisory services, payroll tax preparation and financial consulting.
