A man found with a knife on Court Street will be sentenced in Mental Health Treatment Court.

Dominic Every, 19, from Southampton, admitted having the weapon, which had a four-inch blade, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

The court heard that police found the knife in Every’s bag when they searched him on August 24.

Magistrate Maria Sofianos ordered that Every be sentenced for the offence in Mental Health Treatment Court, which he is already enrolled in for an unrelated matter.
