Jason Kittinger joins Fidelis

Bermudian-based Fidelis Insurance Group, the global specialty insurer, has appointed industry veteran Jason Kittinger as group chief operating officer.

The company said Mr Kittinger will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement in operational performance.

Based in London, he will report to chief executive Dan Burrows and will serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

Mr Burrows said: “Jason brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record in financial leadership and operational excellence.

“I am excited for Jason to apply his knowledge and expertise to Fidelis Insurance Group, which will further strengthen our operating processes.”

Prior to joining Fidelis, Mr Kittinger served in multiple senior roles, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Arch Insurance International, which he joined in 2002.

He has also served on boards at Arch in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.
