Paradise grand opening
The founders of Paradise Mobile were on hand today as the new mobile phone provider hosted a grand opening for its retail shop on Reid Street in Hamilton.
City officials joined with the company at their new space formerly occupied by clothier United Colors of Benetton, for the ribbon cutting ceremony at midday and the pop-up party at cocktail hour.
Dennis Tucker, acting Mayor of the City of Hamilton and city chief executive officer Dwayne Caines were present to mark the occasion.
They chatted with founders Sam Tabbara, Zlatko Zahirovic and Kareem Bikhit, together with the company’s chief revenue officer Brett Corday.
As part of the celebration, Paradise Mobile gave away in-store prizes that included the iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy, and free mobile service packages.
The pop-up party closed the day as would-be customers explored the latest in mobile technology.
