A section of North Shore Road will be reduced to one lane traffic for a month from tomorrow, the Ministry of Public Works said.
The eastbound lane from Barkers Hill to Jennings Road will be closed from September 24 to October 24 to allow necessary fencing repair works, a spokesman said.
Works will be done between 9am and 3pm and the ministry said its representatives would manage traffic with lights, signs and cones.
Motorists were urged to exercise caution while travelling through the area and to consider alternative routes during work hours.
The ministry apologised for any inconvenience.
