Student-led tours of Berkeley Institute next week
Student leaders at The Berkeley Institute will conduct tours of the school next week.
The free tours will take place at select times from October 14 to 17 as part of Founders Day celebrations, which honour the 11 men whose vision of an integrated secondary school led to the forming of The Berkeley Institute in 1897.
A statement from the school’s alumni association said: “Student leaders will escort persons through the facilities, allowing participants to have a first-hand view of the purpose-built facility.
“Persons who wish to participate in the tour must register in advance and follow the rules of the school and tour leaders.”
