Philadelphia flights scheduled to stop next month

Direct flights between Bermuda and Philadelphia are set to halt next month, according to the November LF Wade International Airport flight schedule.

The timetable, published online by Skyport, showed American Airlines halting daily service to Philadelphia and Charlotte on November 4, with service to Charlotte resuming on November 6.

The airline is scheduled to maintain its daily service to New York JFK and five weekly flights between Bermuda and Boston.

JetBlue will also offer four weekly flights between Bermuda and Boston in November after cutting back its daily service to the Massachusetts city on October 28.

Other airlines are expected to maintain the same level of service in November as this month.

United Airlines will offer daily flights between Bermuda and Newark, while Delta will offer four weekly flights to New York and three weekly flights to Atlanta.

Air Canada will fly between Bermuda and Toronto four times a week, while British Airways will offer five weekly flights between the island and London Heathrow.

BermudAir will continue to offer five weekly flights to Boston and Westchester, three weekly flights to Toronto, two flights to Baltimore and Orlando and a once-a-week service to Fort Lauderdale and Halifax.
