Bermuda’s Miguel Power sits second after three races in the Renaissance Re Junior Gold Cup.

Power finished runner-up in the first two races of the day and third in the final event but that was still not enough to lead the fleet as a result of the exploits of Sweden’s Cornelia Baldock Frost, who won the opening two contests before finishing second to Great Britain’s Hugo Fletcher in the third race.

There is plenty of Bermuda representation inside the top ten with Nina Gotfredsen and Noah Amaradasa occupying fourth and fifth overall, with Evan Davis in eighth.

There are seven countries represented in the top ten of the 38-strong field with sailors from Argentina (Luca Barrutta), Bahamas (Finley Mckinney-Lambert), New Zealand (Will Fyfe) and Canada (Jacob Jingbo Tu) all making strong starts to the regatta.
