Saltus Association to host fun run on Sunday
Residents of all ages and fitness levels can participate in the Saltus Association’s annual run and walk this weekend.
People can volunteer or take part in the 400-metre, 1 mile, or a competitive or non-competitive 5km event at Saltus Grammar School on St John’s Road on Sunday.
Toddlers aged 18 to 35 months can take part in a new 40-metre race at the event, which will also feature baked goods, bouncy castles and entertainment.
The Saltus Association said the event “not only encourages physical activity but also strengthens our bonds as a community”.
It added: “We look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new participants.”
Pre-registration is required and numbers can be collected the day before the event. Registration will cost between $5 and $30.
