Butterfield climbs 1.5% on NYSE

The RG/BSX Index closed today up 0.55 points (0.02 per cent) at 2,514.56.
One hundred shares in Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $1.75, up a dime (6.1 per cent).
Also on the BSX, 50 shares in Argus Group Holdings Ltd were traded. The stock closed unchanged at $5.
For the week, the Index was down 64.26 points (2.55 per cent) on share volume of 1,140 and total turnover of $21,758.80.
Overseas, Butterfield Bank closed up 54 cents (1.5 per cent) at $36.51 on the New York Stock Exchange.
